Exciting Start to the 4th Term
Welcome to new beginners in Warragul and Neerim South classes. The International 42 has replaced the Sun 73 on Monday and Wednesday nights, it is always exciting to start a new routine. For many students this is their first advanced routine after the Beijing 24. Thursday afternoon we are taking a breather to refine routines learned a long time ago. It is always good to revisit routines with more experienced mind and body and discover new depths.
