New Grading Class

I will be starting a new Grading Class next term. This class is for people who wish to develop their Tai Chi style through developing greater strength, flexibility and a deep understanding of techniques. Level 1 studies the first section of the Beijing 24, basic push hands and performing an application. This class will be in Warragul on Monday nights at 8pm in the Warragul North Primary School starting July 12th.

• Xing Yi Quan - Learn what we learnt in China from Sigung Charles!
• Walking Stick Routine - a rare chance to learn something quite different. Si Jie Arlene did this routine as part of her 4th degree grading.

China Trip 2010

We always describe each trip to China the best trip ever and perhaps this is true!

• The food was particularly wonderful so many exciting restaurants and dishes.
• The training was full on and gave us a whole new perspective on one of the influences in Tai Chi - Xing Yi .
• Sightseeing included the Forbidden City, Tiennamen Square, Temple of Heaven, White Cloud Temple, Lama Temple, Summer Palace, the olympic venues and walking the Great Wall.
• Shopping and lots of it!!!!
